It makes and delivers power MOSFETs, power ICs, discrete components, analog switches, and multiplexers for computers, cell phones, fixed communications networks, automobiles, instrumentation, aircraft avionics and other consumer and industrial electronic systems.
Founded in 1962, Siliconix sells directly or through distributors and representatives. Its products are fabricated by subcontractors worldwide, including Japan, Germany, China, Taiwan, and the United States.
